WELCOME!
We believe that the therapy process shouldn’t be a mystery. Our clinicians work compassionately and collaboratively with clients to make positive life changes. We are committed to helping people manage anxiety and depression, change hurtful and unhealthy relationship patterns, and cope with stressful or challenging life events.
If you’ve come here, you’re likely searching for a space for your thoughts and feelings beyond what your friends, family, or partner can provide. You are looking for not only a listener and a confidant, but also someone who can reflect back and help you clarify what is on your mind.
ABOUT RED DOOR COUNSELING
At Red Door Counseling, we provide therapy services for individuals, couples, and families. Our treatment approach is active, supportive, and collaborative.
We provide evidence-based treatments, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). We believe that all treatment is based on a genuine personal connection through empathy, passion, and a sense of humor.
We work with folks who already have substantial insight and self-awareness, but yet find themselves stuck in their relationships, career, sense of self, anxiety, or depression. It’s ok to not have all the answers. If you are curious about the how, the why, and the what’s next, we can help.
At Red Door Counseling, we believe in both the process and the outcome of therapy. In a warm, validating, and confidential space, you will gain insight into your patterns- both those that serve you well and those you wish you could change- and test out different ways of understanding and relating that can help you achieve your ultimate goals.
We create a safe space for all to be authentically themselves and to be honored in their diversity. If you are looking for a therapist who gets you, who seeks to connect and support you, and who wants to help you be your healthiest self, this is your space.
We see you. We know your experiences of the world are different, and you are most welcome here.
