FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Do you accept insurance?
We are not “in-network” with any insurance plans; however, some of us are "out-of-network” providers. If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, we will give you a monthly receipt so you can seek reimbursement from your plan. We do accept FSA/HSA cards as a form of payment if you have allocated funds to an FSA. Here are a few questions you may want to ask your insurance provider: • What is my behavioral/mental health out of network deductible? • How much of my deductible have I met? • How much is the reimbursement for session with a therapist who is out of network?
  • What are your self-pay rates?
Our rates are $110/hour. Please refer to your individual therapist with any rate questions.
  • What types of payment do you accept?
Payments are expected at time of service. We accept cash, checks, debit/credit cards and HSA/FSA cards, some accept Venmo. Please check with your therapist with any payment questions.
  • Do you offer a sliding scale?
No, we do not offer a sliding fee scale.
  • What is your cancellation/no show policy?
The practice maintains a 24hour cancellation policy. Occasionally, it might be necessary to cancel an appointment. Please provide your therapist with a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you do not provide a 24-hour notice of cancellation or you no-show to an appointment, you will be charged a late fee set by each therapist that will be in their intake paperwork.
  • What is telehealth?
Telehealth is online video therapy. We use a secure, HIPAA compliant platform to conduct teletherapy. All you need is an internet connection (or you can use your cellular network), a private location, and a computer, webcam, phone (iPhone or Android) or tablet to engage in telehealth. Please refer to your individual therapist on telehealth availability.
  • How long are sessions?
The sessions range from 50 - 60 minutes.
